What exact services do you offer?
We handle niche tasks requiring muscle, ladders, or tech skills, rather than standard lawn care or deep cleaning. That said, we are happy to do lots of things for you so please, just ask and we will see how we can help!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, major credit cards, cash, and personal checks for your convenience.
Are you insured and background-checked?
Yes, our team is fully insured and thoroughly vetted to ensure total safety and peace of mind in your home.
How do I book an appointment?
The best approach is to call us to describe your project and secure a time. You are also welcome to email us or leave a message on our phone if we don’t answer right away. We will return your call or email as soon as possible. If there are good (or bad) times for us to call, please mention that in your message.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Yes, we require an adult over 18 to be present to grant entry, review the completed work, and approve the final time for indoor work. We are able to work on outdoor tasks while you are away as long as we have prior consent from you.
What happens if a job takes longer than expected?
We always give a upfront time estimate and will stop to get your explicit approval before crossing into a new half-hour interval.
Do you work in bad weather?
For outdoor tasks requiring ladders or heavy lifting, we will reschedule for safety if there is heavy rain, snow, or high winds.
Are you able to come to my home in the evening or on the weekend?
Yes. We will work with you to find a time that is convenient for you to have us stop by and help with your list. If that means an evening or weekend, we will do our best to make it happen.
How do you charge for your services?
We bill on a transparent hourly basis with a short 30-minute minimum, tracking time in precise half-hour intervals.
What geographic areas do you service?
We proudly serve neighbors within a 30-minute drive of French Island, though we can travel further for special situations.
Do I need to provide tools or supplies?
We bring our own standard tools and ladders, and we can even pick up specific supplies for you.
Are there any tasks you cannot do?
Due to licensing and safety regulations, we cannot do major electrical wiring, specialized plumbing, or structural remodeling. We do have connections to trusted contractors if your job falls out of our skill set and are happy to connect you to them.
Can you pick up materials for me before arriving?
Absolutely. If you need bulbs, batteries, water softener salt or specific hardware, let us know in advance and we will grab them on our way.
Can you provide me with an estimate?
Absolutely! Our first conversation will allow us a chance to learn how we can help you and to provide you with an estimate, based on the job.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request a 24-hour notice for cancellations to allow us time to reschedule other neighbors in your slot.
